This website is operated by Path Valley International Institute, Abu Dhabi. By using it you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Enrolment at the institute is a separate arrangement made with us directly.

We describe our programmes, our approach and our institute as accurately as we can. Programme content, subjects, group arrangements and availability may change, and the site may not reflect a change immediately.

Nothing on this website is an offer of a place, and nothing here guarantees a particular academic result. Children differ, and any organisation promising you an outcome for yours is telling you something it cannot know.

Fees are not published on this website. We discuss them directly when you enquire.

Sending an enquiry — through the form, by WhatsApp, by phone or by email — starts a conversation. It does not reserve a place, and it does not create a contract between us.

A place is confirmed only when we confirm it to you directly. Places are limited because our groups are capped, so availability at the time you enquire is not a guarantee of availability later.

The enquiry form opens the details you enter as a WhatsApp message for you to send yourself, so please do not include anything you would not want sent through that service.

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• copy or republish our text, photographs or design for commercial purposes
• use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its hosting that is not intended for the public
• use any automated system to harvest content or contact details from the site

The Path Valley name, logo, brand marks and the wording and design of this site belong to Path Valley International Institute or are used with permission.

Photography on this site is licensed stock unless stated otherwise, and does not depict our own rooms or students. Third-party names and marks that appear here — for example WhatsApp — belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those services.

Where we link to another website — a map, a messaging service, a social media page — we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

We try to keep this site available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published here that has since changed.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page is when they were last changed — currently September 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
